VeryDarkMan Meets Interior Minister During Bobrisky Controversy
Social media influencer Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, recently shared details about his meeting with the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, in response to a controversy involving an audio clip he released.
In the audio, as reported by Gistreel, Otse mentioned accusations made by Bobrisky (Idris Okuneye), who claimed to have paid ₦15 million in bribes to Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials to dismiss money laundering charges against him.
Bobrisky also alleged that he bribed officials of the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS) to avoid jail time.
As a result, the Nigerian government quickly suspended two NCoS officers allegedly involved in the scandal.
On Thursday, VeryDarkMan posted a video of his meeting with the Minister on Facebook, where he expressed satisfaction with the suspension of the officers and reiterated his commitment to helping improve Nigeria.
In his statement, VeryDarkMan said: “The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has proven himself to me again by taking action, like suspending officers connected to the Bobrisky situation.
Much love, brother! It’s a fight to make Nigeria better, and with our little efforts, we will succeed. Keep up the good work. We’ve shared ideas, and for now, I trust you. God bless you, and I love you, brother.”
