Peller is reportedly under FBI scrutiny for suspected cybercrime activities
Nigerian TikTok star Peller has reportedly caught the FBI’s attention after details of his past involvement in internet scamming, commonly known as “Yahoo-Yahoo,” surfaced.
Kemi Olunloyo, a journalist known for her controversial reports, shared this information through an audio post on her social media. She claimed that an FBI source tipped her off about Peller’s alleged past in cyber fraud.
Olunloyo stated that Peller had previously admitted in a TikTok session to participating in internet scams before he became popular and shifted to making legal income as a content creator.
She advised the 19-year-old to be mindful of his future statements, cautioning that his past confessions could lead to serious legal trouble.
Olunloyo likened his situation to that of Hushpuppi, a well-known influencer now serving time in the U.S. for similar crimes.
“If you know Peller, please tell him to keep quiet. He’s on the verge of ruining his own future,” she warned, highlighting the growing scrutiny on influencers with ties to online fraud.
Her claims have sparked mixed reactions online, with some dismissing it as another of her “unbelievable stories,” while others noted the serious consequences if true.
