Peller hits back at critics of his marriage, citing poverty as their motivation

Popular TikToker Peller has responded to critics advising him against getting married, arguing that the common advice to delay marriage is often influenced by financial struggles.

In a video trending on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Peller, who recently got engaged to his partner Jarvis, expressed his confidence in his decision to marry, saying age isn’t a concern for him.

Addressing those questioning his choice, Peller claimed that such advice often comes from parents who discourage early marriage because of financial limitations.

He said, “For those saying, ‘he’s too young to get married,’ let me tell you the truth—your parents misled you about waiting to marry until a certain age. Their reasoning is rooted in poverty.”

He added, “It’s poverty, I swear. They tell you to wait until you’re older to marry, but by then, you might not have much money. Their advice comes from a place of financial hardship.”

Peller stood firm in his decision, challenging those who criticized his plans. His comments stirred a wave of reactions online, with many people sharing their opinions in the comment section.
