Kylian Mbappe has opened up about his struggles after missing another penalty in Real Madrid’s 2-1 loss to Athletic Club at San Mames.
This was his second penalty miss in two weeks, following a similar mishap in the Champions League during a 2-0 loss to Liverpool.
Athletic Club’s goalkeeper, Julen Agirrezabala, made the crucial save, adding to the growing pressure on Mbappe, who has had a slow start at Real Madrid.
After the game, coach Carlo Ancelotti stood by Mbappe, urging everyone to support him during tough times.
Mbappe also shared his thoughts on Instagram, saying:

I take full responsibility. It’s a tough moment, but it’s the perfect time to turn things around and show my true self.”
