Bobrisky holds Eniola Ajao’s award responsible for his troubles
Bobrisky, a well-known lifestyle influencer, has stirred up new controversy by attributing his recent troubles to an award he received during Eniola Ajao’s movie premiere.
At the event, the socialite was crowned the Best Dressed Female and awarded ₦1 million. However, he claims that this recognition marked the onset of a series of unfortunate events in his life.
Shortly after the award, Bobrisky faced legal issues, including an arrest by the EFCC over allegations of abusing the naira note. This incident sparked further accusations, with a leaked audio implicating him in bribery to dodge money laundering charges and allegedly securing a high-end apartment to avoid imprisonment—claims he has strongly refuted.
Now abroad, Bobrisky recently took to Instagram to reflect on his experience, asserting that his troubles began after accepting the Best Dressed Female award.
“My wahala started the moment I collected that ₦1 million prize for best dressed female. From now on, if I see such an award, I’ll vanish from the venue instantly. Everyone knows I’m a classy baddie—compete with me? Never! But when things get too messy, I know when to step away,” he wrote.
His remarks have reignited debates about the accusations’ validity and the pressures of fame. Meanwhile, Eniola Ajao has yet to address his claims.
