The 67th Annual Grammy Awards is set to be a landmark moment, celebrating the expanding global reach of African music. This year’s Grammy nominations feature top Afrobeats artists like Davido, Wizkid, and Asake among the honorees.
For the Best Performance category, the nominees include:
– Asake & Wizkid for “MMS”
– Davido (feat. Chris Brown and Lojay) for “Sensational”
– Burna Boy for “Higher”
– Tems for “Love Me JeJe”
– Yemi Alade for “Tomorrow”
In the Song of the Year category, international icons like Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, and Taylor Swift have been nominated. Additionally, Rema and Tems earned nominations for Best Global Album.
