Kwankwaso’s Bold Claim to Win 2027 Presidential Election
Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), confidently declared that he will win the 2027 presidential election. Kwankwaso, who was the party’s presidential candidate in 2023, made this statement on Saturday during the inauguration of the NNPP Secretariat on IBB Way, Katsina. He was in Katsina to offer condolences to the Yar’adua family following the death of their matriarch, Hajiya Dada.
Kwankwaso expressed that the NNPP is prepared to take over the presidency, as well as state and other positions across the country in 2027. He emphasized that the party is on the path to success for the upcoming general elections.
He criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying it is effectively finished and that they left because the PDP had strayed from its principles. Kwankwaso urged Nigerians, particularly women and youths, not to be swayed by superficial offers like money or gifts in the next elections.
He also encouraged party leaders to increase their efforts to ensure the party’s success both locally and nationally. He praised the renovation of the state secretariat as a positive step towards achieving their goals.
Additionally, Kwankwaso promised to support a young boy named Abubakar Ibrahim from Yammawa, who is suffering from severe malnutrition.
NNPP’s state Chairman, Alhaji Armaya’u Abdulkadir, highlighted the party’s efforts to educate voters about their new logo, which symbolizes education for all—a key concern for the Kwankwasiyya movement. He stressed the importance of grassroots outreach to help members understand the significance of the new logo.
