Bobrisky Reveals Reasons for Wanting to Go Back to Prison

Bobrisky, a well-known socialite, recently discussed why he wouldn’t mind returning to Kirikiri prison, where he spent six months.

He was arrested in April for violating currency regulations after videos surfaced of him throwing money at an event.

In a recent episode of the podcast “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” Bobrisky explained that he saw his time in prison as a kind of break from his busy life, almost like a vacation.

He described how he had been working non-stop, and the arrest unexpectedly gave him a chance to rest.

Bobrisky mentioned that the authorities probably intended to break his spirit by sending him to jail, but he insisted that it didn’t affect him negatively. He remains strong and in good spirits, referring to himself as “Mummy of Lagos,” a title he often uses.

During the podcast, the host, Bae U, playfully asked Bobrisky if he’d like to return to prison. Bobrisky admitted that he would consider it, but only for a short stay.

He found the whole experience surreal, as he was jailed for something as harmless as spending his own money.

Bobrisky expressed his disbelief over the situation, pointing out that he didn’t commit any serious crimes. He hadn’t stolen, kidnapped, raped, or harmed anyone. He was simply enjoying his hard-earned money, yet he was treated like a criminal.

Despite the absurdity of the situation, Bobrisky remains unfazed. He stated that if this is the worst consequence of living his chosen lifestyle, he’s prepared to handle it. He accepted the jail time as part of his journey but refused to let it define him.

Finally, Bobrisky made it clear that he doesn’t consider himself an ex-convict. He argued that being jailed for spraying money doesn’t warrant such a label, and he firmly rejected the idea of being called a convict.
