APC and PDP Have Failed Nigerians – NNPP Chair Calls for Real Change
Dr. Tosin Odeyemi, the Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Osun State, believes it’s time for Nigeria to explore new political leadership.
He stated that both the current ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the main opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have not lived up to expectations.
In a statement released in Osogbo, Odeyemi said that since the best efforts of these two major parties have not yielded positive results, it’s crucial to consider a new, capable leader who can steer the country out of its current challenges.
He pointed out that the ongoing economic difficulties could have been avoided if the country’s leaders were honest and courageous enough to dismantle the powerful groups causing unrest in Nigeria.
As the 2027 elections approach, Odeyemi urged Nigerians to consider Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso as a potential leader who can guide the country toward success.
He described Kwankwaso as a man of integrity, capable of making bold and transformative decisions without favoritism.
Odeyemi emphasized that Nigeria has already experienced what the PDP and APC have to offer, resulting in widespread hunger.
He suggested that it is time to try a leader like Kwankwaso, whose movement, Kwankwassiya, has significantly influenced the political landscape in Northern Nigeria. He believes Kwankwaso is well-prepared for governance, with a reputation for honesty and genuine leadership.
