Paulo Declares Burna Boy the Wealthiest Nigerian Musician in 2024

Music executive Paulo recently named Afrobeats star Burna Boy as the wealthiest musician in Nigeria. In a conversation with popular podcaster Daddy Freeze during an online video chat, Paulo disclosed some astonishing details about Burna Boy’s earnings from four years ago.

Paulo revealed that Burna Boy was the highest-earning Nigerian artist at the time, having reached his peak financial success four years ago.

He mentioned that Burna Boy’s earnings during that period were between $80 to $100 million, a staggering amount for any artist, especially in the Nigerian music industry.

According to Paulo, Burna Boy’s current earnings, as well as those from two years ago, don’t come close to what he made four years ago. This indicates that 2020 was a particularly lucrative year for the Afrobeats sensation.

Paulo also spoke about Burna Boy’s humility, which often masks the extent of his wealth. Despite his massive earnings, Burna Boy remains down-to-earth, making it easy for people to overlook just how successful he has been financially.

Paulo pointed out that Burna Boy’s management team is a close-knit group consisting mostly of family members, including his mother, sister, and other relatives. This family-oriented approach has likely contributed to his success both in music and managing his wealth.
